Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

Most of us long for a loving, peaceful, and meaningful life, though our wish lists don’t end there. Is it possible to achieve it all, or even some of these things? I’m here to help you explore what truly matters to you and guide you as you navigate the changes you want to make. Whether through small, steady steps or a transformative breakthrough, our goal is to unlock your healing and growth and create the life you desire!

Hello! I’m Tatevik, a passionate therapist trainee dedicated to helping individuals and couples find peace of mind, build meaningful relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with purpose. With a background as a foreign medical graduate and five years of clinical mental health research experience at Stanford University, I bring a distinctive and holistic perspective to therapy. I believe in a whole-person approach to healing, understanding the profound connection between mind and body. By blending neurobiological insights with evidence-based practices, I strive to support your well-being in an integrative and uniquely tailored way. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered. We’ll uncover the insights and strengths you need to make meaningful changes and live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

We can start this journey at your own pace—your well-being matters!
