Katarina Weigl

Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

I believe each person is a vast, unique world full of potential, talents, emotions, and experiences. Life gives us inevitable moments of fear, doubt, shame, and challenges. Sometimes, we lose sight of the strengths and values that reside within us. As a therapist, I aim to help you rediscover your potential and tap into your inner strength and confidence.

Together, we can explore the root causes of your difficulties, and through dialogue, you can learn to understand yourself and those around you better.

Some challenges cannot be faced alone, and IT’S OKAY to seek support, understanding, and acceptance.

I am an MFT Trainee at PTI, enrolled in a Master’s in Counseling program specializing in Clinical Mental Health at Saybrook University. I am also a Mayo Clinic-trained wellness coach and a practicing lawyer striving to bring mental health awareness to the corporate world.

My therapeutic approach blends the mind-body-spirit connection with a sharp analytical lens from my legal background. We will explore your whole-person experience on multiple levels by uncovering unconscious patterns, releasing physical tension, and removing emotional blocks while cultivating creativity. In this way, I aim to help you achieve emotional balance and provide practical, grounded support to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
