Often its the critical voice in our heads that hijacks our whole being and this spirals into a pattern and belief that “I am not okay.” I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space – a space where you have the chance to learn, reflect, and plant seeds of self-compassion. I look forward to guiding through each person’s unique journey of introspection and understanding.
I have an international background of working with children (school counseling), seniors, caregivers, couples, and with trauma survivors. I have led support groups for caregivers, life transitions, grief/loss, and women’s groups for change. I am a certified EMDR (first level) practitioner. Since 2015, I facilitate T groups for Graduate Students at the Stanford Business School.
Poet Rumi writes “Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” This is the space I strive to provide in therapy.
