Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

Therapy is a practice of meeting our selves. Within, we are invited to befriend our hidden parts, allowing for their stories to be heard and understood. By attending to their longings, we uncover a path to wholeness, authenticity, and aliveness.

To support your journey of self-discovery, I draw on my life experiences as an immigrant, son, father, creative professional, people manager, meditator, and philosopher. I will create a curious and compassionate space for us to explore “what’s alive” and the gifts and growing edges they present.

My approach blends mindfulness, body awareness, and open inquiry, drawing from diverse wisdom traditions and rooted in the principles of transpersonal psychology.

I honor the uniqueness of each healing journey, meeting you where you are, and supporting you as you reconnect with the innate source of wellbeing within.

If you feel called to take this step, it would be my privilege to walk beside you. Together, we’ll explore the profound possibility that there is nothing wrong with you. You—and every part of you—are welcome here.
