Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee

We all want to live full, intentional, and meaningful lives. Often, one feels like they’re drowning – overwhelmed, under-resourced, unseen, and on some level – alone. I’m here to serve you in co-creating an open, present and safe container to inquire into your patterns, scripts, and inner critic. This enables growth through new experiences of yourself. Your journey of self-understanding is a gift to yourself, and the world – enabling you to live with more freedom, awareness and peace.

I have a transpersonal, psychodynamic and relational orientation. I’m here to support you through life transitions, grief and loss, depression, self-esteem, aging, cultural adjustments, women’s issues, identity, and co-dependency. I also have decades of HR, workplace coaching, mindfulness and spiritual practices.

If you’re reading this and find yourself at a crossroads with an impulse to live differently and more consciously, let’s connect. Message me for a no-cost 20-minute session.

“We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.” ― Joseph Campbell
