Knowledge is power. Take control back from anxiety and reduce your reaction to stress!
Come learn about anxiety and how it works in you brain! Learn about flight or fight responses as well as the vagal nerve and the effects of “flooding.” Explore different somatic ways to become grounded including experiential exercises to demonstrate how it works.

About: Debb Yamaguchi (102448) graduated with a masters of science degree in clinical psychology marriage family therapy in 2018 from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont. Since then, she has been training at Process Therapy Institute. She was in the mirror for 14 months with Don Hadlock, and subsequently attended the Advanced Process Therapy training for 1 year. She has completed all of her clinical hours towards licensure and is currently waiting to take the LMFT licensing exam. On a personal note, Debb is married to a Japanese man, has three adult children, two grand children and another on the way. Debb is very passionate about helping clients get to a new place in life. She works with difficult co-parenting families, many Asian young adults as well as seniors. Debb is also offering groups soon and look forwards to presenting at more workshops.
