We’ve all had to let go of something we have loved, whether it is cherished dreams, relationships, places or people. Let’s take a moment to honor our losses through heartfelt art-making.
Bring your own supplies or utilize the materials provided on-site. Allow the process to unfold, and see where the journey takes you.

Cost: Pay what you can. Any amount is appreciated and the suggested amount is $25.

Cynthia M. Church is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#15026) training at the Process Therapy Institute for 2.5 years under the supervision of Svetlana Kreimer (LMFT #53525). She is also an artist who respects that it’s the process of making art that matters, the expression of ourselves, and what comes up in our imaginations and emotions while in the process of creating.
