Archived: March 2023 Free Community Workshop: Relationship issues: Windows to personal healing

Communication is the most common problem people bring to couples counseling. And it’s true that effective, honest communication is essential to relationship success. Yet, it’s only a first step to unraveling deeper issues that each of us brings into a relationship. And those deeper relational issues are the hidden treasures for our personal growth. We will look together at how to turn those arguments, resentments, anxiety, and depression created seemingly by our partner into learning about ourselves and personal healing.

About Lana: I consider myself a transpersonal therapist believing that each of us is our own personal healer. We find partners and sometimes jobs and situations to help us discover our strengths.
