ADHD affirmative Lab offer a co-creative group to belong to. We will explore together how to befriend our challenges and develop our gifts.

Day and Time: Fridays 6-8pm or Saturdays 2-4pm. Group starts April 11th and April 12th, 2025
Location: In- person at Process Therapy Institute: 1760 the Alameda, San José 95126
Number of sessions: 8 sessions
Membership: 5 – 10 members. The group is currently enrolling new members.

Yulia Abramova is body-oriented and trauma informed clinical psychotherapist from Russia who is currently a third-year student at CIIS. She’s an MFT trainee employed by PTI and working under the supervision of Svetlana Kreimer, LMFT. Yulia has been in private practice with individual clients and groups for the last 10 years. She has recently discovered ADD, which shifted her perception of self and eased her life. Since then, Yulia has adopted ADD as her life-style. She is curious about discovering ways to normalize neurodivergent rhythms in society for herself as other. Yulia’s group facilitation style is based on safety, mutual cooperation, curiosity, vulnerability and co-creation.
