Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
Something feels ‘off’ with your life. It’s not supposed to be like this. Perhaps you’ve explored self-help, mindfulness, or even spiritual awakening. And yet, as you learn to be in the present, difficult stuff from the past also comes up — grief, anger, shame, existential angst, or unshakable dis-ease about the climate, AI, and what future generations may inherit from your choices. Like the masses, you might be leading a life of quiet desperation.
What if the way out is in? Would you like to know more about yourself?
Our therapy sessions can be a practice of gentle self-inquiry. As you rediscover your Self, you can get to know the many hidden parts within, allowing for their stories to be heard and understood. By attending to their longings, we uncover a path to wholeness, authenticity, and aliveness.
To support your journey of self-discovery, I draw on my life experiences as a first generation Chindo immigrant, swing dancer, UX designer, people manager, meditator, and philosopher. I will create a curious and compassionate space for us to explore “what’s alive” and the gifts and growing edges they present.
My approach blends mindfulness, body awareness, and open inquiry, drawing from diverse wisdom traditions such as Zen, Daoism, and Advaita Vedanta, while rooted in the principles of transpersonal psychology.
I honor the uniqueness of each healing journey, meeting you where you are, and supporting you as you reconnect with the innate source of wellbeing within.
If you feel called to take this step, it would be my privilege to walk beside you. Together, we’ll explore the profound possibility that there is nothing wrong with you. You—and every part of you—are welcome here.
