Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#140822)
Associate Clinical Counselor Associate (#13674)

I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational issues, and career challenges/changes. There is no need to stay awake at night with troubling thoughts, feel lonely even when in a relationship, and use distractions of substances, media, sex, or work. I invite you to take ownership of your life. I believe in a holistic approach to healing with the mind, heart, body, and spirit integrated. I use the Internal Family System (IFS), Trauma processing with CBT, and Emotional and Somatic Experiencing.

This is my second career after many years in a corporate environment. I have a firsthand understanding that work stress or fear of not having work, relational issues or absence of relationship, identity conflicts, and external conflicts are heavy loads to carry around.

Happy faces on social media create an illusion that everyone else is having the life you want for yourself, yet everybody experiences difficult times. Painful past experiences and trauma block our natural flow of life. I would like to take the risk with you and explore your unique way of being and what happens when the painful experiences are healed.
