Diana Nguy Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
You don’t have to suffer alone. Sitting with difficult emotions, pain, and discomfort can be challenging.
Allow the parts of you that have been rejected, repressed, or forgotten to surface. Allow these parts of you to be seen, to be heard, to be held, to be loved. Through presence and acceptance of ourselves, we rediscover new depths of ease, peace, love, and joy.
Perhaps a piece of you is yearning for change as your external world is no longer in alignment with your inner self or the essence of who you are. The journey inwards is the only true path towards wholeness and freedom when we reconnect to our most authentic selves. And I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I welcome all those who are ready and willing to heal. It takes great courage to face our Selves, our truths, our memories, and our pain. But walking through the darkness is the only way we can remember how much light we hold within.
If it feels right for us to work together, I invite you to reach out and schedule a 15-minute consultation
Diana is pursuing her Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Sofia University. Her practice is grounded in transpersonal psychology which illuminates the truth that magic is truly within and all around us, especially when we explore our connection to Self, nature, Spirit, the cosmos, and each other.
